Steve West, a second generation chef is based on 30 years and gained experience in London in Restaurants such as, 'The Soufflé Restaurant' at the Intercontinental, 'Le Crocodile','Langan's' gaining many reviews and accolades including Rosettes, which includes the 'Baileys' Hotel' Kensington. Moving to Derbyshire, Steve took a into a position high profile 700 seater Cabaret Venue where, cooking for the likes of Princess Anne, Tom Chambers wedding, from (Strictly Ballroom and Holby city fame), Joe Pasquale, Jim Davidson, Jethro, was not uncommon. |
